Travis J Consulting is a limited liability company, registered in the State of Texas, in compliance with all laws and regulations thereunto; owned and run locally here in East Texas. Travis J Consulting is a web-services business, specializing in website-design, web-marketing, and online business directory services.

In the following body of text:
• "You"/”Your” refers to you/or your business/or your organization/or your company as a potential client of Travis J Consulting
• "The company" refers to Travis J Consulting and its current owner, president, and principal agent—Travis Jones, MBA

The company holds in strict confidence the business you conduct with it by not sharing it with any of the company’s other clients, or any other entity. The company is committed to not sharing/selling/leasing/giving out/renting/or in any way otherwise distributing your financial information (credit card number, checking account number, bank account number, PayPal address, etc.), or your personal contact information (name, address, phone number, etc.), or any of your trade secrets/strategies or business secrets/strategies, or any content/nature from any communication you have had with the company (via e-mail, telephone, face-to-face meeting(s), video conferencing, or any other communication medium) without your permission.

With the above point in mind, you release the company from any and all liability, losses, expenses, or any and all otherwise damages brought on by a hacker or any entity engaging in hacking or any kind of unauthorized interception of any of the means of communication listed above (including means of communication not necessarily listed above) that have taken place between you and the company. You recognize and agree that the company performs its due diligence to keep its clients' digital data/information flows safe, and performs its due diligence to keep its clients’ other means of communication with the company safe.

You understand that the company will gladly address any and all questions and concerns you have, regarding these Privacy Policy points.
